The Cube Training

This document gives a standard operating procedure (SOP) to my position at The Cube. As the first Publishing Assistant and Publishing Consultant, my primary responsibilities were directly related to project management for onboarded clients.

This SOP is written to act as a training document to give process for roles and responsibilities, the team structures, and organizational methods to be successful in this position. And, now serving on The Cube’s hiring committee, I am able to continue to shape the position’s roles and responsibilities, recognize candidates’ potential for success, and recommend future assistants.
