This document is a project management plan for Superheroes Die in the Summer, a digital translation project to be published through The Cube.
The document outlines the reason for, description of, goals for, scope of, and gives key personnel and dates connected to the digital project. I was able to mentor a team of students, alongside The Cube director, Kate Birdsall, in a community publishing course in which we worked on a translated text from Western Armenian to English. Throughout the publishing process – development and copy editing, layout, design, website development, social media and other promotional materials – we were able to hit internal final deliverables.
Unfortunately, our client and project translator was injured in an accident, which has postponed further production.
